This study aims at establishing the relations between local government and Local Agency for National Land Development. These two institutions take each share of the responsibility related to national land development affairs. However, there are numerous problems due to the strengthening of local government's roles and the inadequacy of functional apportionment.
Accordingly, to establish the relations between local government and Local Agency for National Land Development, this study suggests such strategies as rearranging the functions of each institution by applying the principles of functional distribution between central and local government and integrating the regional functions of Local Agency for National Land Development into local government.
