Efforts to diagnose public conflict has been made of the various practicallevel whilst promoting policies. However, efforts in terms of theoretical aspectswere lacking. This research is efforts to overcome the limitation in prior to thisstudy which performed 2015. In this study, awareness of the checklist haveinvestigated in a previous study in the policy field targets of Seoul officials whoperform public duties related to the conflict.Satisfaction with the checklist presented in the present study has been foundgenerally low. But the assessment was inadequate in some questions, this mayneed to be supplemented by further study.The evaluation of the useful steps of checklist have been rated as the mostuseful projects in stages. In the advantage it was recognized as important forboth diagnosis and prescription of preventive and conflict.This study developed a checklist through theoretical discussions and need todevelope on the limitations and problems of the check list review of this studymeasures in future research through various levels of effort.
