Local Finance has so far come in a variety of ways to expand support forlocal educational finance. In this study, to focus the equity and adequacy ofeducation per student service and to explore the various links and cooperationmeasures to improve the accountability of local government support ofeducation and training authorities and party aims. The purpose of this studywere to examine basic direction of local education such as local financialcooperation, information sharing and open. In this study suggests co-budgetsystem such as educational policy council, personnel exchanges activation suchas educational partnership official and institutional support from the centralgovernment.
