The Korea Local Administration Review

This study is aimed at developing evaluation indicator for evaluation of SaemaeulUndong's Global Project promoting in recent years. This study try to analyse theDHP(Delphic Hierarchy Process) for experts from diverse sectors of societyrelated in Saemaeul Undong Project. To sum up analysis, the evaluation ofprojects had the highest rate as 0.469 in terms of importance and the implementof projects registered 0.23 and the post management was 0.181 and then, the planof projects was 0.12. Consequently, it signified that the evaluation of pilotprojects' evaluation was regarded as priority. Next, it should contribute to settargets at a high but achievable level to motivate the agent. By this analysis, weexpect to contribute to the improvement of the evaluation system, and moregenerally, rectify the problems of managerial inefficiency.
