In this research, the objective is to deduct improvement factors anddevelopment direction of local enterprises’ management evaluation system. Inthis research, the reason of focusing on checking the degree of correlationamong evaluation index is to calculate the outcome of local public enterprises,because it follows broad classification evaluation index system that has threelevels of planning, executing and deducting outcome. According to the currentlocal enterprises’ management evaluation index theory, each index must have astructure to positively contribute to improvement of management outcome,which is dependent variable.From the result of empirical analysis, evaluation score of planning area(leadership/ strategy) and execution (management system) side are found tohave some correlation. However, it is confirmed that there is no correlationwith outcome deduction (management outcome), which as the largest share.Therefore, for fundamental improvement of local public enterprises’ managementevaluation system, fallacy of management evaluation index system must bechecked, and modified properly.
