The purpose of this study is to analyze characteristics, management innovation levels and technological innovation levels of enterprise using technopark support services, and their influence on user satisfaction levels. The actual analysis used SPSS 18.0 for t-test and correlation analysis, and also used covariance analysis for the purpose of analyzing influential factors. 142 questionnaires were used for the study.
The major findings of this study may be summarized as follows. First, major industries utilizing technopark support services demonstrated differences in terms of perception, management innovation level, technology innovation level, and weight given to R&D funding, according to their location patterns. Second, satisfaction levels with technopark support services were shown to differ in all service sections supported by technopark depending on their location pattern. Third, in respect to the correlation between variables, perception of technopark(0.527) was shown to have highest correlation with degree of satisfaction. But developmental stage was revealed to bear a negative correlation(-0.200). Fourth, as to the study's results pertaining to factors influencing satisfaction levels of technopark support services users, degree of perception of technopark(prob.=0.0001) and technological innovation level(prob.=0.0249) were shown to have significant levels of influence on degree of user satisfaction.
