This study was conducted through survey on recognition level of public officials who were targeted of 360-degree feedback. In this study, as main issues which were relevant to 360-degree feedback operation, enforcement procedures about 360-degree feedback system, comprehensive recognition about 360-degree feedback operation, acceptability of evaluation method, reliability of evaluation method, suitability of organization of evaluators, suitability of evaluation factors and evaluation materials, publicity of evaluation result, utilization of evaluation result, evaluation external factors were examined. To find out the overall level of recognition about 360-degree feedback operation, public officials working for Gyeongsangbuk-do province office were selected for this study. Through the survey, problems and understanding of 360-degree feedback operation were found out and accordingly the way to solve the problem was examined.
