 This study aims to explore the financial management performance of Jeju Special Self-Governing province(since 2006). It was developed an effectiveness of system, abundance of fund and responsibility as evaluating indicators that central government supports financially Jeju Special Self-Governing province. And it was used an efficiency, application of special exceptions for funding and accountability for citizens that Jeju Special Self-Governing province meets to fiscal demands. As a result of evaluation, it is insufficient of abundance of financial supporting system of central government, and it is not enough to apply special exceptions for funding and accountability for citizens(in case of an ordinance of Jeju citizen participation for budgeting). But it is adequate to fiscal special exceptions for funding and responsibility to central government. It is proved that Jeju Special Self -Governing province efforts to downsize and cut back the expenses.
