This paper aims to explore and check the cooperation factors between residents’ association and local community. We analysed literature review about residents’ association and resource dependence theory, drew the variables, and composed the questionnaires. And we surveyed the recognitions of the members of residents’ association.The main findings are ‘internal factor’, ‘system factor’, and ‘interaction factor’ have positive impact on the cooperation between residents’ association and local community. These findings propose that the positive perception of the actions of the residents’ association, the system about the residents’ association, and the interaction between residents’ association and local community have major impacts on the cooperation between residents’ association and local community. For successful Making and Working of Cooperation Network between residents’ association and local community, first, we need to institutionalization of the Cooperation Network between residents’ association and local community. Second, we must find residents’ associations with spontaneous participation intention and special subject. Third, we must make the role of community committee to make management successfully Cooperation Network. Fourth, the community committee should make impovement decison-making processget to get trust of residents’ associations.
